We are experienced caterers, and we can tailor our menu to meet your requirements. The menu & options you see below are certainly not exhaustive and if you would like any dish which is not listed, or you have any special dietary requirements, please just make us aware and we will be happy to work with you to suit your needs. The menus below are examples of the buffets we can provide, and items can be changed & adapted from the main list of Buffet Dishes to suit your event, although the prices may vary.

Hot Buffet Dishes

To add something extra special, why not serve something hot and hearty to your guests?
Dishes are charged at £5.50 per person and a minimum of 30 covers. 

Chicken Curry* | Beef Curry* | Chicken Stroganoff* | Vegetable Stroganoff*

Chilli-Con-Carne* | Penne Bolognese or Romana 

* Dishes will be served with a side of Rice or Buttered Baby Potatoes

IMPORTANT: Hot food is subject to your venue choice, as kitchen facilities will be required on site.

Important Information

Our buffets are freshly prepared with quality ingredients. To maintain our high standards, we advise that all food items are consumed within 4 hours of delivery and any left over is properly disposed of and not to be consumed at a later stage.

When you get in touch with us for a quote, our prices will include: Disposable plates, cutlery, napkins and VAT. Prices will also include free delivery, set up and collection within a 10 mile radius of Bolton.

All prices quoted will be based on a minimum of 15 people.
Hot buffet dishes are a minimum of 30 people.
